What Recruiters have to say

about SuperHire

One of the best aggregators. Transparent, Reasonable and trustworthy. Their passion to build the best recruiter’s network is fabulous. They always treat my team as their own internal team and we really enjoy working with them. From a business perspective, SuperHire is here to stay for a long time and open a new chapter in the technical recruitment domain.
I came across SuperHire in Oct 2021. At that time I had just started working as a freelance recruiter. Being from a nuclear family and a mother to a 2-year-old boy, it was difficult for me to opt for an 8/9 hours office job. SuperHire has provided a platform for a mother who can work and earn on her own terms along with taking care of her child. Not only have I gained financially, but my industry knowledge and market understanding have also been enhanced.
On LinkedIn, I saw a post from SuperHire one day regarding freelance HR recruiters and was impressed and signed up. Good supportive staff and I made my first closure within 15 days and have received my amount within a week. My salary per month is 13k but SuperHire helped me to earn 40k just by one closure, that too in a month. SuperHire is the best platform to earn and get financially stable.
I discovered SuperHire around 6 months back when I was looking for flexible work options. I quit my full-time job last year and relocated to my native place, unclear about the industry’s ability to adjust to the new norms. I was sceptical about taking up another full-time job immediately. The SuperHire platform introduced me to opportunities to work in the comfort of my own home and at the same time pick up challenging assignments. I also networked with a few other recruiters facing similar challenges around flexibility. We formed a specialized search firm in Technology & Core Industry playing on each individual’s strength areas and industry experience. Today, we are a strong team today and continue to work closely with SuperHire. Our team adjusts to the flexible needs of everyone’s personal commitments while still being connected with each other remotely. I work around the growing commitments of my teenage son. I buddy him for activities outside his study hours. These days we both are learning a musical instrument together and we often play table tennis and cricket together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our service.

How do I claim a role?

You can claim any role from the list of open jobs available by clicking on the "Claim job" button. Once you've done that, you can start submitting candidate profiles right away.

When should I start submitting candidate profiles?

Make sure that you submit at least one candidate profile within 5 days of claiming a role. If no submission is made during this time window, your claim will auto-expire on the 6th day.

Is there a limit on the number of open roles I can claim?

Yes, you can claim a maximum of 5 roles at a time. For every additional role you want to claim after that, just submit a minimum of 3 profiles against any one existing claim. So each time you send in 3 or more candidate profiles against a job claim, you unlock a new claim!

What happens if my claim expires?

If your claim expires following 5 days of inactivity after you claim the role, you lose the claim option for that particular job.

Can I reclaim an expired role if I want to submit more candidate profiles?

No, you will not be able to reclaim the same role after your original claim has expired.  You can either make a new claim if you haven't exhausted your claim limit or submit 3 profiles against a particular claim to unlock another claim option.

Why is the "Claim job" button disabled for me?

When the number of individual claims you've made at a time is 5 or more, you won't be able to click on the "Claim job" button. In this case, you have to submit at least 3 candidate profiles against any one claimed role to unlock a new claim.

What should I do to get started?

The first step in your SuperHire journey is to introduce yourself by signing up as a recruiter. You can do that by clicking on the "Sign up/Login" button at the top of the homepage or by clicking here

I’ve signed up. Now what?

Now that you've signed up, you can choose to get the documentation out of the way, by signing the SuperHire agreement here or through the " Sign the Contract " section in your profile. (this isn't a necessary step to get started, but you'll need to sign it before you invoice us)
Next, you can go through the Open Jobs and choose as many roles as you want to work for, by claiming these jobs.
Finally, source candidates independently, in your own time and submit the profiles for your claimed jobs. We also offer our recruiters a monthly subsidised subscription to Naukri to help them source the right candidates.

What happens after I submit the profiles?

Once you submit the candidate profiles, they go through our internal shortlisting process* (this typically takes about 1-2 business days) after which they move on to the company shortlist stage (this will take about 4-5 business days). You will receive real-time status updates when your candidate clears each step. You can view the status on the ‘manage candidates’ tab on your profile.
*The internal shortlisting process refers to the vetting done by SuperHire for every resume that's submitted. We consider if the submitted resume clears the basic requirements asked in the JD before we send the resume to the company.

How will I know the status of my candidates?

Once you submit the candidate profiles, you will receive real-time status updates when your candidate clears each step. You can view the status on the ‘manage candidates’ tab on your profile. Once the candidate has reached the interview round, we'll connect with you to fix a time between your candidate and the company, based on their availability. If you still need clarification on the status of a candidate, you can reach out to our community manager, who will be happy to help you.

Am I expected to call the candidates or just upload the profiles? Am I supposed to schedule the interviews?

Before uploading the candidate's profile, we request that you do a quick check that the profile you're uploading fits the requirements in the JD. Once you've uploaded the profile of a candidate if they make it to the company shortlist, all you need to do is check the availability of the candidate for one of the time slots allotted by the company (we'll let you know the dates and times).

What happens to my rejected candidates?

If a candidate does not fit a specific role, we will try to share the candidate profile with another company for a similar role so as to optimise your efforts.

What are my working hours?

There are no specified working hours! Log in at your convenience and share as many profiles for as many roles as you can to maximise your earning potential.

Do I have targets to achieve?

Not at all! However, we encourage all our recruitment partners to take up more roles and share as many candidates as possible. The more quality profiles you submit, the better your chances of getting closures & getting paid!

Does SuperHire provide the database to source candidates?

Currently, all our recruitment partners source candidates independently through the sourcing platform of their choice. In case you really need sourcing support, you can reach out to us at or WhatsApp us at +91 62827 11127. We can help you out based on your particular circumstance.

Does SuperHire provide individual training to recruiters?

We host regular workshops and seminars aimed at up-skilling our recruiter community. In addition, we post helpful tips and resources on our blog We are also working on a self-paced course for recruiters which we’ll be launching shortly.

I see a lot of open roles across companies. How do I pick the ones where I can get the fastest response?

To value our recruiter community's time & efforts, we don't retain companies that have longer hiring timelines. The companies in our portfolio are very quick with their responses (3-4 business days after internal shortlisting). We've also introduced the "Hot Jobs" tag on the job card to choose a role that the company is urgently looking to close. Claiming a ‘Hot Job means you’re more likely to get a closure faster.

How do I earn on SuperHire?

There are two models of earning currently on the SuperHire platform:
Earn Per Shortlist
Under this model, you can earn when:
1. A candidate you've submitted gets shortlisted by the company.
2. When the candidate attends the first round of the company's selection process after getting shortlisted.
Earn Per Closure
You earn when your candidate gets an offer and joins the company.
The job card will clearly mention which model the role follows.

What is my earning potential?

You are eligible to earn the total amount mentioned on the job card.
Earn Per Shortlist
If the job card mentions ₹1,500/- per application and 3 of your candidates get shortlisted by the company and attends the first round of the company's selection process, you will receive ₹4,500/-
Earn Per Closure
For an Earn Per Closure role, if your candidate has joined at an annual salary of ₹10 lac and the commission for the role mentioned by the company is 8%, you are eligible to receive ₹80,000/-

What is the payment process/cycle like?

Earn Per Closure
For Earn Per Closure roles, you can raise an invoice to us once your candidate joins the company. The payment will be processed in less than 30 days from the date of raising the invoice.
Earn Per Shortlist
The payments for the Earn Per Shortlist roles will be done on a monthly basis, with the payouts happening on the first working day of the following month.

How do I raise an invoice?

Once your candidate has joined the company or attends the first round of the company's selection process after being shortlisted (depending on the payment model for the role), we'll send you a confirmation message. You can then send us the invoice for the candidate at
Here's a sample of an invoice raised to SuperHire, in case you need to refer to it. You can either use this format, or send us the invoice in your own format, but please be sure to mention the details we've put in here.(Link)

Will there be a tax deduction?

The invoice to be raised is exclusive of tax. In the case of a GST invoice, you can charge 18% GST on the amount. In case you do not have a GSTIN, there will be a 10% deductions under section 194J (Professional & Technical Services)

I am already employed. Is it okay for me to sign this agreement?

As long as your current employer is aligned with you taking up a side gig and you do not share your employer's confidential information with us, we don’t see any issues.
