What Recruiters have to say
CEO Scaling Theory
What should I do to get started?
The first step in your SuperHire journey is to introduce yourself by signing up as a recruiter. You can do that by clicking on the "Sign up/Login" button at the top of the homepage or by clicking here
I’ve signed up. Now what?
Now that you've signed up, you can choose to get the documentation out of the way, by signing the SuperHire agreement here or through the " Sign the Contract " section in your profile. (this isn't a necessary step to get started, but you'll need to sign it before you invoice us)
Next, you can go through the Open Jobs and choose as many roles as you want to work for, by claiming these jobs.
Finally, source candidates independently, in your own time and submit the profiles for your claimed jobs. We also offer our recruiters a monthly subsidised subscription to Naukri to help them source the right candidates.
What happens after I submit the profiles?
Once you submit the candidate profiles, they go through our internal shortlisting process* (this typically takes about 1-2 business days) after which they move on to the company shortlist stage (this will take about 4-5 business days). You will receive real-time status updates when your candidate clears each step. You can view the status on the ‘manage candidates’ tab on your profile.
*The internal shortlisting process refers to the vetting done by SuperHire for every resume that's submitted. We consider if the submitted resume clears the basic requirements asked in the JD before we send the resume to the company.
How will I know the status of my candidates?
Once you submit the candidate profiles, you will receive real-time status updates when your candidate clears each step. You can view the status on the ‘manage candidates’ tab on your profile. Once the candidate has reached the interview round, we'll connect with you to fix a time between your candidate and the company, based on their availability. If you still need clarification on the status of a candidate, you can reach out to our community manager, who will be happy to help you.
Am I expected to call the candidates or just upload the profiles? Am I supposed to schedule the interviews?
Before uploading the candidate's profile, we request that you do a quick check that the profile you're uploading fits the requirements in the JD. Once you've uploaded the profile of a candidate if they make it to the company shortlist, all you need to do is check the availability of the candidate for one of the time slots allotted by the company (we'll let you know the dates and times).
What happens to my rejected candidates?
If a candidate does not fit a specific role, we will try to share the candidate profile with another company for a similar role so as to optimise your efforts.
What are my working hours?
There are no specified working hours! Log in at your convenience and share as many profiles for as many roles as you can to maximise your earning potential.
Do I have targets to achieve?
Not at all! However, we encourage all our recruitment partners to take up more roles and share as many candidates as possible. The more quality profiles you submit, the better your chances of getting closures & getting paid!
Does SuperHire provide the database to source candidates?
Currently, all our recruitment partners source candidates independently through the sourcing platform of their choice. In case you really need sourcing support, you can reach out to us at email@example.com or WhatsApp us at +91 62827 11127. We can help you out based on your particular circumstance.
Does SuperHire provide individual training to recruiters?
We host regular workshops and seminars aimed at up-skilling our recruiter community. In addition, we post helpful tips and resources on our blog We are also working on a self-paced course for recruiters which we’ll be launching shortly.
I see a lot of open roles across companies. How do I pick the ones where I can get the fastest response?
To value our recruiter community's time & efforts, we don't retain companies that have longer hiring timelines. The companies in our portfolio are very quick with their responses (3-4 business days after internal shortlisting). We've also introduced the "Hot Jobs" tag on the job card to choose a role that the company is urgently looking to close. Claiming a ‘Hot Job means you’re more likely to get a closure faster.
How do I earn on SuperHire?
There are two models of earning currently on the SuperHire platform:
Earn Per Shortlist
You earn when a candidate you've submitted successfully gets shortlisted for the first round of the company selection process.
Earn Per Closure
You earn when your candidate gets an offer & joins the company.
The job card will clearly mention which model the role follows.
What is my earning potential?
You are eligible to earn the total amount mentioned on the job card.
Earn Per Shortlist
If the job card mentions ₹1,500/- per application and 3 of your candidates make it to the first round of the company selection process, you will receive ₹4,500/-
Earn Per Closure
For an Earn Per Closure role, if your candidate has joined at an annual salary of ₹10 lac and the commission for the role mentioned by the company is 8%, you are eligible to receive ₹80,000/-
What is the payment process/cycle like?
Earn Per Closure
For Earn Per Closure roles, you can raise an invoice to us once your candidate joins the company. The payment will be processed in less than 30 days from the date of raising the invoice.
How do I raise an invoice?
Once your candidate has joined the company or had been shortlisted (depending on the payment model for the role), we’ll send you a confirmation message. You can then send us the invoice for the candidate at firstname.lastname@example.org. Here’s a sample of an invoice raised to SuperHire, in case you need to refer to it. You can either use this format, or send us the invoice in your own format, but please be sure to mention the details we’ve put in here.(Link)
Will there be a tax deduction?
The invoice to be raised is exclusive of tax. In the case of a GST invoice, you can charge 18% GST on the amount. In case you do not have a GSTIN, there will be a 10% deductions under section 194J (Professional & Technical Services)
I am already employed. Is it okay for me to sign this agreement?
As long as your current employer is aligned with you taking up a side gig and you do not share your employer's confidential information with us, we don’t see any issues.
What is the Earn Per Shortlist model?
In the Earn Per shortlist model, you get a payout for every resume that is shortlisted by the company. The fee per shortlist is mentioned on the job card.
Will I earn if my candidate joins the company?
If the job card says ‘Earn Per Shortlist’, you earn only when the company shortlists your candidate for further rounds, you don't earn for closing the role.
What do you mean by Company Shortlist?
Company shortlist is the stage of the process where your candidate gets shortlisted by the company to advance to the first round of tests/ interviews organized by the company.
Do I get paid even if my candidate does not advance beyond the first round?
Yes, you get paid for all of your candidates that make it to the Company Shortlisting round, even if they don't make it to further rounds and shortlists.
Do I get paid for every candidate that gets shortlisted at the internal shortlist stage?
No, the internal shortlist stage is when the submitted resume is reviewed internally by the team at SuperHire. You will only be eligible for the payment when the candidate clears the Internal Shortlist stage and gets shortlisted by the Company at the first level screening stage.
Will I earn the full amount mentioned on the job card?
Yes, with the Earn Per Shortlist model, we mention the gross amount you earn via SuperHire on the job card for every shortlisted candidate.
What is the payment cycle like?
The payments for the Earn Per Shortlist roles will be done on a monthly basis, with the payouts happening on the first working day of the following month.
