This policy contains the practices and procedures we follow in relation to the collection, processing and use of the information that you provide to us while using our Website, in accordance with the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules notified thereunder including the Information Technology  (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information), Rules 2011 (SPDI Rules).

This policy is an integral part of the User Agreement and shall be deemed to be incorporated therein by reference. By accessing the Website or using the Website: (i) you agree to be bound by this privacy policy; and (ii) you consent to the use, collection, processing, storage and sharing of your data in the manner specified herein.

In this policy, the term ‘Website’ refers to www.superhire.net; the terms ‘we’ or ‘our’ or ‘us’ refer to OpenVitae Technologies Private Limited, under the brand name SuperHire, owning and managing the Website; and the term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user who uses our Website or registers on our Website for himself/herself or is validly authorised on behalf of any other person to use and access our Website for benefit of such other person. In the event you are accessing or using this Website on behalf of some other person, we shall assume that you are duly authorised by such person to share their information with us and we shall not independently verify the veracity of your authorisation. In the event you do not have sufficient authorisation to share such information with us, you shall be solely responsible for your acts and omissions including sharing of information with us by you. 

Any part of this privacy policy can be changed without any notice to you. The updated policy shall be posted on the Website so that it is always available to you and we encourage you to periodically go through our privacy policy; however, in case of substantial changes to the policy, we shall notify you in accordance with applicable laws through your email id/phone number provided to us.


 

A. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?


1. When you access our Website, information relating to you which assists in identifying you is collected by us, which includes:

 

a) Your name, date of birth, address, gender, e-mail address, telephone or mobile number, age, government issued Id proof/ registration number, location, service-related preferences, internet protocol address and any other personal information through which you can be identified; 
 

b) Sensitive Personal Information (as defined under the SPDI Rules) including but not restricted to, details of your bank account, UPI Ids, GST registration, and payment details while undertaking a transaction; 

c) Any other information provided to us at the time of the creation of your account on our Website including and not limited to the username of the account, photograph, profile details, education qualifications, skills and expertise, work experiences, LinkedIn profile details, information and files uploaded by you on your profile or when you use the Website information such as how you use the services and your activity on the Website, user taps and clicks, user interests, time spent on the Website, details about the user journey, job postings and page views; 

d) Any information relating to Marketing and Communications, such as your address, email address, information posted in service requests, offers, discounts, letters, wants, feedback, comments, testimonials, endorsements, pictures and discussions in our blog and chat boxes, community posts, responses to user surveys and polls, your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us and our third parties, customer service calls or audio recordings and your communication preferences.

e) Any information made available to us by your usage of this Website including your comments, feedback etc. or on a third-party site owned by us.

f) Demographic information for purposes including and not limited to the Services for which the Website is used, events you intend to participate and events you like. 

g) Information like your IP address, the type of browser you are using, the amount of time spent on our website by you, the pages accessed or the site you were last on before you left us, the type of mobile and the operating system of the device you are using.

When you log in to our Website or sign in to your account on our Website using a third-party interface (your google account, facebook account etc.), we collect the information as allowed by such third party. We will take reasonable measures to keep your information secure, but we shall not be liable for any loss or unauthorised access or any harm caused to you by any misuse of your personal information, unless it is a direct and foreseeable consequence of negligence and non-compliance on our part only.

  3. You are responsible for maintaining your login credentials and other allied password recovery mechanisms like phone numbers and e-mail accounts secure.
