CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

OpenVitael Technologies Private Limited  (“SuperHire”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile application/website www.jobs.superhire.net (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) through which it inter alia provide a range of technology and other services in relation to human resources technology (“Services”) to the users of the Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

This cancellation and refund policy (“Policy”), together with the Terms (https://www.jobs.superhire.net/terms-conditions) sets out our procedures and policies in accepting Service cancellation and refund thereof.
 

  • 1. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

    • 1.1 By agreeing to use the Platform and/or initiating a request for purchase of Service(s) on the  Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on the Platform.

    • 1.2 Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the Policy that govern your refund or cancellation of an order for products on the Platform. Every time you wish to use the Platform, please check the Policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
       

  • 2. TERMS FOR CANCELLATION AND REFUND OF ORDERS

    • 2.1. Cancellation
      Once you create a job on the Platform, it cannot be cancelled at any stage. 

    • 2.2. Review Criteria
      The request to cancel will be manually reviewed and monitored by our team. The cancellation request will be accepted only if the reason for cancellation is well within the bounds of the initial information provided by you in the job creation process.

    • 2.3. Payment
      Post review of your request, if such request is accepted by us, you will have to make payment for the amount of work completed as stipulated by us in the acceptance email. Such payment will be based on the amount of work completed between the job start date and the date of cancellation. 

    • 2.4. Modification/Amendment
      We reserve the right to modify, amend, alter and/or vary the terms and conditions of this Policy at our sole discretion with or without providing you due notice of the same.

    • 2.5. Contact
      If you have any questions/queries/clarifications regarding the contents of this Policy, please contact us at wecare@superhire.net. Please note that for the purpose of validation and taking your service request, you shall be required to provide information (including, without limitation, the contact number or registered mobile number, etc.).

    • 2.6. Refund
      In case the order qualifies for the refund, the amount will be refunded to you within 15 (fifteen) working days depending upon the mode of payment chosen by you. We do not make any cash refunds. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

  • 4. Modification/Amendment

    SuperHire reserves the right to modify, amend, alter and/or vary the terms and conditions of this Policy at our sole discretion with or without providing you due notice of the same.
